Add the ability to chose the order that programs, from the add/remove progam list, are placed on the fastest portion of your drive and to define folders that can be placed at the end of your data that don't need the performance (like your MP3 library

You could select the programs from a list that you want to perform fastest and the program would find all related data to that progam using the (un)install logs in order to move all of that data together to the outer area of the hard drive. Then let you pick folders that don't need to have performance (like your downloads, MP3 folder, Movie collection, backup directory, or things along that line) and have the program move that data to the slower portions of the drive. All folders that are undefined would just default to the regular defrag method of placing them in order and together.
