simplify the download and activation or at least include a place where they can get simpler directions. Some people are still learning. If confused they may skip the chance of getting free software that can help them out.

I'm still learning about my computer and it didn't come with any instruction book. The two books that I bought to help me out are useless most of the time. As a person with learning disabilities I find it hard sometimes to grasp what other people just assume I know because I can get on the computer and send emails and other stuff. When it comes to something like Giveaway of the Day there are some things that I don't know yet and wind up having to try to go in to the "Help" center of the computer, write it all down, and then go back to the site and try to figure it out. At times the subject of my question is not listed so I have to call someone, go back thru the books, or just give up and not get whatever is listed on Giveaway of the Day. And it's not that I'm dumb - I have a very high I.Q. but learning disabilities don't care about that.
